The Next Challenge Starts January 9th 2013!
You will receive an email in your Inbox each morning with your daily challenge. Each day for 27 days you will have a specific instruction with a particular theme pertaining to the mind, the body, and the home.
All three will be related in some way so that you can take a 'wholistic' approach to balancing, transforming, and harmonizing your life.
At the end of the 27 days, expect to see a new you! Challenges each day will take between 5-15 minutes. Most all can be implemented immediately. It only takes a few minutes each day to make a positive difference to the rest of your day.
YOU will be moving 27 things in your Mind Body AND Home.

Challenges pertaining to the mind will include mindfulness, meditation, affirmations, mantras, and inspirations.
Challenges pertaining to the body will include movement, self-care, nutrition, and light yoga poses.
Challenges pertaining to the home will include aspects of decluttering, organizing, green living, and feng shui.

Tisha Morris is a feng shui consultant and the author of Feng Shui Your Life: The Quick Guide to Decluttering Your Home and Renewing Your Life (Turner Publishing) and the upcoming book, Mind Body Home (Llewellynn 2013). Prior to entering the healing arts, Tisha practiced law and obtained a Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. She is also a certified life coach, energy healer, and yoga instructor.
